EMEA Sales Support Executive
Global Knowledge is currently looking to recruit a Sales Support Executive to join our busy Cisco EMEA HQ Sales team.
The EMEA Sales Support Executive will provide administrative and program support to the Partner Enablement Manager and Cisco Business Director in maximising the revenue and profitability of Cisco product line(s), as well as providing the Cisco EMEA HQ team with prompt and flexible support to ensure the benefits of any revenue opportunity are realised. Furthermore the successful candidate will be required to stay abreast of the vendor portfolio and enhance/expand relationships across the organisation where possible, and work with the EMEA HQ Operations team to ensure the successful completion of Cisco related Pan-EMEA projects.
The EMEA Sales Support Executive will have the ability to: assess and manage priorities in a pressurised environment in order to deliver tasks/projects by agreed deadlines; work independently use their own initiative, as well as work as part of a team; maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail; have a flexible approach to their work; effectively prioritise and organise workloads whilst supporting the EMEAR Channel Partner Manager to enable them to meet their agreed targets/deadlines; interact effectively with all contacts and deliver a 'value add' service to actively support the delivery of key targets and objectives for the division; demonstrate strong customer care skills with good written and verbal communication skills and have excellent organisational and action orientated skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task, plus excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills are essential. IBM Product Manager
Global Knowledge is looking to recruit a number of IBM Product Managers to handle the implementation and support of the complete IBM curriculum across the EMEA region.
The IBM Product Manager role is that of a general business manager, responsible for the IBM product line and working with all departments of the business including, but not limited to, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance. The key focus of the role is to ensure that our IBM training products and services are properly designed, developed, marketed, delivered, and reported.
Each IBM Product Manager will lead the development and implementation of a sub set of the major brands within the IBM product line and be accountable for ensuring we drive maximum revenue and profit from these brands across the region.
Specific areas of responsibilities will include:
- A mixture of strategic and tactical activities to support the business during the product lifecycle;
- Managing the cost structure, pricing, and overall profitability profile of each course in the designated IBM portfolio;
- Creating business cases to support existing and incremental lines of business and any required supporting investments;
- Monitoring the IBM curriculum changes to ensure that Global Knowledge can effectively manage and implement change and to ensure that Global Knowledge can take advantage of market opportunities to grow the business in a timely manner;
- Managing key local relationships with IBM Brand teams to ensure our offerings support the business objectives of IBM in this region.
The successful candidate will need to have relevant experience with IBM product sets in a product management, marketing, or business development role, ideally with exposure to the IBM Education portfolio, as well as a strong background and knowledge of key IBM technologies including Tivoli, Websphere, Rationale, DB2, Cognos and others.

Resourcing Co-ordinator
Global Knowledge is looking to recruit a Resourcing Co-ordinator to join our busy Operations team based in Wokingham.
The Resourcing Co-ordinator will be responsible for managing the delivery aspect of Global Knowledge’s Virtual schedule, as well as being expected to support the Resourcing Manager in the effective running of the schedule and resourcing department, proactively identifying areas for improvement in relation to the teams key performance indicators.
The job holder will also be expected to provide cover for individual Schedule Manager’s during periods of absence, as well as continually reviewing the quality of delivery to benefit customers. Finally the Resourcing Co-ordinator will be expected to provide strong administrative skills to the Resourcing team, ensuring schedule optimisation through the production of reports and maintenance of records.
The Resourcing Co-ordinator will be required to have a good working knowledge of MS office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook, and be an efficient, organised individual with a structured approach to tasks. Experience of working in an operational or training environment would be beneficial. This role is an ideal entry level role into Operations and Resourcing, and the expectation would be for the successful candidate to develop into a Schedule Management role over time.

Alternatively, previous experience as a trainer with an aptitude for, and interest in, technology could be considered.
