Overview 

Implementing Cisco IOS Unified Communications (IIUC) v 1.0 is a instructor led course that provides delegates with an overview of Unified Communications components, concepts and high level designs. Delegates will be able implement and configure small to medium sized IP Telephony solutions. UC products covered during labs include the Cisco Unified Communicatons Manager Express / Cisco Unity Express and the UC500 Smart Business Communications System.

    This Exam is one of the two options available to those delegates wishing to obtain the CCNA Voice Concentration Certification.

    IIUC is part of the Cisco CCNA Voice Concentration and is valid for 3 years.

    To recertify, pass a CCNA Concentration exam (wireless, security, voice), or pass any 642 - XXX professional level or Cisco Specialist exam (excluding Sales Specialist exams), or pass a current CCIE or CCDE written exam.
