New Business Internal Sales Executive
If you are looking for a fast paced and

We currently have a requirement for a New
Business Internal Sales Executive based in our Wokingham
office.
The Key objectives of this role are: to
generate revenue by selling training courses to both dormant and
new business accounts.
The successful candidate will be outgoing with
a confident and professional telephone manner and have a desire to
work in a target driven environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales
experience, including consultative sales skills, and preferably in
the IT or training industry. The New Business Internal Sales
Executive will also have excellent communication and administration
skills, and should be motivated by the prospect of uncapped
commission earnings. Any formal sales training would be of
benefit.
Technical Solutions Training Consultant
Global Knowledge are currently looking for
a Technical Solutions Training Consultant to join our busy
Solutions Team, based at our Thames Valley training centre in
Wokingham.
This is a new and exciting role for Global
Knowledge, and the successful candidate has the opportunity to
influence and be part of the future growth and development of the
role.
The Technical Solutions Training Consultant
role will: provide prompt and flexible pre-sales support to
maximise the benefits of any revenue opportunities; support to the
Solutions Manager around thought leadership and management of
technical training solutions; be involved in solution creation; and
project manage training solutions and events, ensuring that we
offer the most competitive, flexible and complete solution that
meets the customers exact requirements. In addition, the successful
candidate will support the GK portfolio of technology based support
tools to enable responsive and flexible action to be taken in order
to respond to changing market demands. The Technical
Solutions Training Consultant will be also be required to create
and manage bespoke and non-vendor authorised training materials,
and may be required to deliver training from time to time, so
previous training experience is essential.
In addition to the above, the Technical
Solutions Training Consultant will: monitor market demands for the
use of technology and relate these to support training projects and
explore what is available that GK can bring to market, offering a
flexible and profitable solution; actively work with the Solutions
Team to adopt and enhance our E-Learning offering and support its
route to market; support the sales force with product training and
sales aids and provide pre sales and bid support for all bespoke
onsite requirements and projects; provide technical training
support and advice service to the sales team; work in conjunction
with the Marketing department to develop programmes to promote the
service line to the target group and to provide input to ensure
that the appropriate marketing and proposal collateral is always
prepared, updated and available as required.
The candidate chosen for the role of
Technical Solutions Training Consultant will:
- Have proven experience in a training
operations/Technical Support role for a large training
organisation;
- Have a strong technical background with an
understanding of vendor products;
- Be customer focused;
- Be personable, approachable, and have
excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Be a well-organised person with proven
ability to work with little supervision in a service-orientated
environment;
- Have the ability to work under pressure,
handle interruptions and manage multiple requests for time;
and
- Possess sound judgement and decision
making capabilities.

Microsoft SQL Trainer
We currently have a requirement for a
Microsoft SQL Trainer to join our Microsoft Trainer Team.
The successful candidate must be MCT
certified and proficient and qualified to deliver SQL
2005/08. They must also demonstrate a track record of
delivering quality training programmes, along with appropriate
attitudes and behaviours consistent with the nature of the
role.
Ideally the candidate will have significant industry experience in
an engineering or consultancy position relevant to the vendor
training role they are applying for. The job holder must also have
all vendor related certifications and accreditations applicable to
the position and ideally be based in the South of the UK.
The job holder must display a can do
attitude and have a history of self motivating themselves and those
around them. The role is very much about displaying the right
aptitude, attitude and behaviours as well as the skills and
knowledge detailed above, along with a high degree of industry
awareness, and be at the fore front of leading technology.
