Vodafone Business Services has partnered with
Global Knowledge to create a suite of technology e-learning courses
to support our sales and services work force as they prepare to
sell more complex, converged solutions to our customers. The team
at Global Knowledge has made every effort to understand the
strategy that underpins our need for this training and we feel that
they have worked effectively to ensure all of our requirements have
been met. Global Knowledge has a strong project management office
and this provides me with a great deal of confidence when it comes
to hitting deliverable deadlines and payment milestones. We are

As part of Vodafone’s strategy to become a
provider of Total Communications, we have a requirement to ensure
that all of our customer facing staff are able to build on their
awareness of all things mobile and get to grips with the fixed
voice and data worlds. With much of the required content not
presently available in our in-house online catalogue, I was looking
for a reputable provider of technology expertise, and Global
Knowledge certainly fit this description. What they were able to do
that really added value, however, was to provide the desired
content in a way that was engaging and captivating for learners at
