Training Centre Manager

Are you a dynamic team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude?  If so, then a unique opportunity has arisen for you as a Training Centre Manager in our Coventry Training Centre. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of the training centre and staff; ensuring all aspects of the delegate experience – from arrival to completion of their course – is of the highest quality.  This includes all aspects of technical room set-ups, course deliveries, customer service and catering.

Reporting to the Regional Training Centre Manager, you will be expected to be MCSE or equivalent.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in either a facilities’ or IT background.
