The National Computing Centre is in the centre
of Manchester, North West England. The site is known as the
Manchester Technology Centre.
By rail
Intercity services run from major towns and cities into
Manchester Piccadilly Station, from there you can reach us by:
- Train: to Oxford Road Station, a five-minute journey, followed
by a two-minute walk
- Taxi: five minutes
- Walking: fifteen minutes
- Tram (Metrolink): Altrincham tram to St Peter's Square,
followed by a ten-minute walk
From Victoria Station, the easiest way to reach NCC is by taxi
(fifteen minutes). Alternatively, take the Altrincham tram to St
Peter's Square, followed by a ten-minute walk. The nearest tram
(Metrolink) stop is St Peter's Square, which a
ten-minute walk from NCC.
By air
We are situated within easy reach of Manchester Airport. There
is a frequent, direct rail link between the airport and the city
centre.
