Overview: As an IronPort
Certified Security Associate, you will have the necessary skills
required to sell, perform evaluations, install the appliance with
software setup wizard, and troubleshoot the email security
appliance running the AsyncOS operating system.
Target Audience: Pre-sales engineers, channel
partners, and anyone who wants to deliver training to channel
partners.
Prerequisite: Familiarity with channel partner
program and channel partner training.
Required Exams: ISM – 100: IronPort Systems Associate
Exam - Email Security
Introduction to the company and products basic knowledge of SMTP,
the Email Security Appliance, selling and evaluating the appliance,
understanding the competition, identifying the competitors,
installing the appliance, configuring listeners, troubleshooting
concepts, identifying Customer Support resources, managing sales
objections.
Web Security
Overview: As an IronPort Certified
Security Associate, you will have the necessary skills required to
sell, perform evaluations, install the appliance with software
setup wizard, and troubleshoot the web security appliance.
Target Audience: Pre-sales
engineers, channel partners, and anyone who wants to deliver
training to channel partners.

Systems Associate Exam - Web Security
Introduction to
