program has been designed to enable you to achieve your
certification goals by offering you access to the very best content
delivered using the most appropriate mechanism, in a collaboration

Through the course of this program you

There is a small amount of pre-work for you to do before you
join the rest of the group for your first instructor-lead classroom
session. You need to look at the Focus Document provided in this
pack and read the relevant sections within the courseware provided.
It is not necessary to read the entire manual, just concentrate on
the areas your subject matter expert has highlighted.
We will be in touch about a week
before your first class-room session commences just to make sure
you are making progress with your pre-reading. During your first
classroom session, your subject matter expert will explain the full
program structure, the content available to you, how to access the
portal and how to use the forum facilities.
