I'm the Lead Lecturer and Consultant for
Service Management within Global Knowledge UK and am responsible
for the delivery of various aspects of Managed Training Services to
major clients. My specific role is to apply my
significant knowledge and service management experience to ensure
that the highest levels of quality are maintained both in training
delivery and consultancy assignments provided.
I have been involved within the Service
Management arena for a number of years and have specialised as a
Service Management Consultant responsible for the provision of ITIL
accredited training at Foundation, Practitioner and Managers
Level. I am also an itSMF accredited ISO 20000
Auditor & Consultant Course lecturer.
I was appointed by the APM Group as an
examiner for Service Management exams relating to the new ITIL V3
qualifications and I also sit on the itSMF Qualifications and
Examinations Committee.
