How to register for a test
To register for a test, a candidate can register
over the phone
Candidates should contact Prometric for their Microsoft
examinations on 0800 592 873.
Please be ready with the following information:
- Name
- Prometric ID number
- Prometric voucher number (if you have one)
- Company name
- Work/home telephone & fax numbers
- Name and number of test
- Location of test
- Date and time of test
The registration is processed by Prometric's registration
system and then sent electronically to Global Knowledge at the date
and time requested by candidate. Please note that all exams must be
booked 48 hours in advance. On arrival at Global Knowledge, the
candidate will be asked for two forms of identification, one of
which must contain a photograph. The candidate will then be shown
into the testing room by a Certified Administrator, and has the
option of taking a tutorial prior to starting the test.
The testing room is invigilated at all times whilst exams are
in progress. On completion of the exam, the candidate will see the
result on screen and then receive a printed score report with the
result and breakdown of the test. The Certified Administrator will
stamp this with the official seal.
