Claudia joined Global Knowledge as a
Microsoft Technologist in April 2007, and her Microsoft-related
specialities include Windows Server, Active Directory and Exchange
Messaging. Claudia gained her VCP certification and VCI status in
2008, and has been delivering a combination of both Microsoft and
VMware courses since.
Prior to joining Global Knowledge, Claudia
worked as a Systems Engineer and Consultant for more than ten
years, designing and implementing network solutions that
incorporated technologies from vendors such as Microsoft, VMware,
Symantec, PowerChute, EMC, CheckPoint, and others.
Claudia enjoys the challenge of new
technology, and routinely volunteers as a beta tester for products
from various vendors, she has also written, edited and presented
customised technology courses for several organizations.
Claudia is a regular attendee at IT events such as TechEd, MCT
Summit, FOSE, and represented Global Knowledge as a TLG (Technical
Learning Guide) at the Microsoft IT Pro Conference 2008 in Orlando,
Florida.
