Steve is a
VMware and Cisco Instructor with 30 years experience in the IT
industry, he began his career as a developer of mainframe operating
systems, before moving to client/server systems and PC LANs with
Novell, LAN Manager and Windows NT. Steve has worked for many
organizations including Racal Milgo, Nortel and ICL, gaining
experience of networking, applications and systems administration.
At ICL, Steve was a technical specialist for a suite of networking
products running on Windows NT and UNIX.
Steve joined Global Knowledge as a
Microsoft Certified Trainer in 1996, and became involved with
delivering the early Beta releases of Windows 2000 MCSE courses.
Steve qualified as a Cisco Certified Systems Instructor in 2001,
and is responsible for a broad range of courses covering areas of
Voice, Routing & Switching, Contact Centre and WAN
acceleration.
Steve became a VCP and VCI in 2010, and his
time is split between delivering VMware and Cisco courses for
Global Knowledge.
