Flexible Learning Methods

Our ITIL® v3 Service Management Foundation programme can be delivered online, on CD or USB, and even via customer intranets or LMS.

This course is a video-based learning program which will allow you to view and digest the information at your own pace. Additional online and printed material will be sent to you and email support is also provided. This video-based course provides IT Managers and Practitioners with a practical understanding of the key concepts, principles, processes and functions that enables successful IT Service Management provision. It also prepares delegates for the ITIL Foundation Certificate Examination.

Our ITIL® v3 Service Management Foundation video-based learning programme includes the following:

  • Pre-course study (approx 4 hours) – consists of a comprehensive pre-course booklet that enhances the learning experience by providing valuable content and information
  • Video sessions (6 ½ hours) – these sessions are designed to provide you with a practical understanding of the key concepts, principles, processes and functions that enables successful IT Service Management provision
  • Ask an expert – you are not alone on your journey to attaining the ITIL® Foundation Certification and our subject matter experts will help and assist you during this programme
  • Practice papers– as part of the programme we have included practice papers to further prepare delegates for the ITIL® Foundation Certificate Examination
