    This course is designed for administrator and supervisor personnel who are responsible for the database installation and daily administration of Nortel Contact Center Manager.

    • Create, modify and delete any Nortel Contact Center Manager configuration components using the Contact Center Manager windows
    • Configure Contact Center Manager users, partitions, access privileges and assignments using the three major administrative components
