Level 1: Fundamentals

- Innovation Workshop – a one day fully interactive workshop that teaches participants to view customer approach and opportunities outside of the normal methods, forcing sales people to challenge how we engage with customers
Level 2: Successful Selling
This consists of one and two day practical workshops targeted at Account Managers. Each workshop is designed to equip Account Managers with the knowledge and tools they need to identify, position and close opportunities for the specific solution.
This full service offers a range of business change and training activities. It is underpinned by business consultancy to establish an understanding of the customer’s existing and potential challenges as well as the desired outcomes of the activity.
