Overview This two-day course is designed to provide administrators of the Cisco Unity product with the knowledge and skills required to perform system setup and customization; including adding, deleting, and modifying subscribers; as well as monitoring and maintaining the Cisco Unity system.This is the first of two courses covering the Cisco Unity Product and lays a good foundation for participation in the engineering-level course (IUM) asdelegates should understand the product features and how to use them before being able to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the features.
