Overview 

This is a five-day hands–on instructor-led course that provides an in-depth coverage of the installation and configuration of the functional components of the Cisco MeetingPlace product, covering the different deployment models in an enterprise customer’s network. Delegates will become familiar with the inter-communication of key system components, system installation and configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring and debugging.


Pre-Requisites

Attendees should have the following skills:

  • Working knowledge of converged voice and data networks.
  • Working knowledge of SIP, MGCP, and H.323 protocols and their implementation on Cisco IOS gateways.
  • Working knowledge of video basics (ICRMC recommended)
  • Ability to configure and operate Cisco Unified Communications Manager ( CIPT Part 1 recommended)
