Price: £215.00 (ex. VAT)

Overview

This 4 hour facilitated e-learning session is designed exclusively for Cisco Channel Partners and Account Managers and prepares you for the Cisco Lifecycle Services Advanced Wireless exam (646-589 LCSAWLAN). The exam assesses your knowledge of and skills on the Cisco Lifecycle Services approach to help successfully sell, deploy, and support Cisco technologies and optimize their performance.

In this course, you'll discover and explore the phases of the Lifecycle Services approach (PPDIOO):

Prepare: Examine how the account team gathers high-level customer requirements and builds a business case for implementing a Cisco technology solution.

Plan: Identify how to assess the current network, site, and operations readiness, which will aid in the design of the proposed technologies.

Design: Learn the activities needed to develop the detailed system design and develop plans for implementation, operations, migration, staging, systems acceptance testing, and staff development. Additionally, review how to package and price the design for the customer.

Implement: Discover the processes for staging the hardware and software and for installing and configuring the equipment at the customer site(s). In addition, examine the activities that take place immediately after the technology solution is implemented such as staff training, systems acceptance testing, and post-implementation support.

Operate: Learn activities for day-to-day management and monitoring of the newly implemented system.

Optimize: Learn the service components and activities that help the customer achieve operational excellence through ongoing improvement of system performance and functionality.
