Overview
v8.5 of Cisco's Unified Communications Manager has seen the introduction of several enhanced features and functionalities. This 5 day course is designed to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to understand and implement the new features, as well as including information on the planning and migration to a virtual infrastructure deployment.
Pre-Requisites
Attendees should meet the following prerequisites:
- Working knowledge of converged voice and data networks, CVOICEV8 is recommended
- Working knowledge of Cisco IOS gateways
- Working knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unified Presence, and Cisco Unity Connection
- Prior attendance of CAPPS and CIPT1V8 is recommended
