Overview
This course equips network professionals with the knowledge and skills required to troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications (UC) systems and solutions in enterprise, midmarket, and commercial deployments in single-site and multisite environments. You will learn troubleshooting methodology, triage, resources, tools, and fixes at the integrated system or solution level for Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
This course is delivered via WebEx. Headsets are recommended but not required. Course hours are generally 10am-6pm ET.

Objectives
- Systematic methodology for troubleshooting Cisco UC solutions
- Isolate and troubleshoot reported issues that relate to CUCM
- Diagnose a call setup issue and, given a trouble call for which the source of the problem is unknown, resolve the issues as you discover or reveal them
- Solve the common issues of an SAF-enabled network and CCD
