Unified Communications Handset Training
UC-trainer is a customised interactive web-based guide that can be used as part of the
pre-migration communication to users and to help those users navigate through the features of their new system. Additionally, it can be used for new starts as part of an induction programme.
The content can be provided in various languages such as English, French (France, Swiss, Belgium), Flemish, German, Russian, Polish, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, and Danish. Other languages can be developed as required.
Customistation and Branding
The content and branding of the package can be customised to your organisation's specific requirements to reflect your live environment. Multiple phone models, functionality and software applications like Personal Communicator and MeetingPlace Express can be incorporated into the package. Corporate colours and logos can also be included.
UC-trainer can also incorporate bespoke content – some examples would be:

Easily Upgradeable
Cisco Unified Communications are constantly evolving and as new features and functions become available your UC-Trainer can be upgraded to reflect this (this is a chargeable service).
Delivery
The final product is delivered as swf flash files. These can be distributed by the company as required, for example through the company intranet or on CD.

- End User Training & Floorwalking: Training for standard end users, switchboard operators, call centre staff, personal assistants, executives, power users, Train-the-trainer.
- System Administration Training: Flexible system admin training for individuals responsible for adds, moves & changes on Cisco Communications Manager, Cisco Unity & Cisco UCCX/E and IPFX.
