Agile project management

This portfolio covers every aspect of professional project and programme management for both business and IT. RADTAC has particular expertise and experience in the creation of complete professional Agile Project Management improvement programmes.

The standard Agile Project Management training portfolio comprises all of the leading Agile Project Management methods, including accredited Agile Project Management Foundation and Agile Project Management courses. Based on the proven fundamentals within DSDM Atern, the certification provides the ability to deliver Agile projects in organisations requiring standards, rigour and visibility around project management, while at the same time enabling the fast pace, change and empowerment provided by Agile.

Scrum

Scrum is an agile framework for completing complex projects. Scrum originally was formalised for software development projects, but works well for any complex, innovative scope of work. The possibilities are endless, as the Scrum framework is deceptively simple.

The Certified ScrumMaster training course employs practical exercises, case studies and discussions to provide everything that a ScrumMaster needs to know to be able to drive a successful Scrum project. Participants who complete the ScrumMaster training course successfully will be designated Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and this is the first step to becoming a Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP).

This ScrumMaster Certification includes two years' membership of the Scrum Alliance, where additional materials and information is available to CSMs. Alongside this we are able to offer the Certified Scrum Developer course which provides hands-on instruction in the vital Agile software engineering and eXtreme programming practices that are employed by Scrum teams. Detailed examination and demonstration of Agile development and testing techniques provides a firm theoretical understanding of the benefits and pitfalls of working in an Agile team.
