
Cisco IP Telephony Operations Specialist
Summary:
The Cisco IP Telephony Operations Specialist certification was
designed for those whose primary role is to operate and maintain IP
Telephony multi-service network solutions. Cisco IP Telephony
Operations Specialists can configure and deploy complex Cisco Call
Manager platforms using multiple-call control, call admission
control (CAC), and basic call routing and dial plans, and have the
skills and knowledge necessary to resolve connectivity issues
related to traditional PSTN technology, PBX and voice mail systems.
