Global Knowledge has a team of experienced Learning Consultants that are able to engage with our customers and develop a training programme that incorporates all the technologies that our customers have selected as part of their Unified Communications Infrastructure.

Focus area

These training programmes incorporate a mixture of generic vendor courses, product specific courses and our own internally developed non vendor specific courses delivered either through our public schedule or on an onsite basis as well as courses that we have specifically designed for the customer. The programme can even take the form of a blended solution to include e-learning and remote labs where more appropriate.

Our Learning Consultant is also responsible for briefing our trainers on the overall project so even though we use an expert in the specific technology to deliver each component or module it is important that when they deliver the training they understand the design of the specific corporate infrastructure and training programme, so that they can communicate this to the delegates during the courses giving them the ability to understand where they fit into the overall strategy.

A change programme of this nature requires a level of organisation to ensure that the strategic objectives are met and so many customers adopt methodologies such as PRINCE2 and ITIL to support the initiative.  Global Knowledge is also accredited to deliver this type of training and understand that this is an integral part of the whole programme. Therefore, rather than deliver this additional training in isolation we incorporate it into the whole programme.
