Global Knowledge launches free ITIL® training for public sector

All Central and Local Government workers are offered best practice education

We have launched a free foundation ITIL® training portal to provide service management training to public sector workers hit hard by the funding cuts.

The hosted portal allows trainees to access the material from wherever they are through a simple username and password access. This will not only give public sector employees the chance to learn and develop at their leisure, but also empower the agencies, departments and governments they serve.  Get free access with just a few simple steps:

1) Fill in and submit the ITIL® training portal request form below.
2) Wait to receive login details to access the complementary portal (this may take up to 48 hours).
3) At this stage you will be given the opportunity to change your username and password to something more memorable to you.
4) Once you have logged in you will now have access to accredited ITIL Foundation course - no strings attached!

NB: The SME v3 Foundation curriculum (including exam) was updated in January 2012 to reflect the release of “ITIL 2011”. A summary of the changes can be accessed from our webinar recording.

Global Knowledge will close this version of the ITIL e-Learning portal on the 31st March 2012.

If you would like access to ITIL 2011 e-learning content or should you have any other ITIL and Service Management learning requirements, please contact us on 0118 912 3456.

“This is an innovative approach from Global Knowledge, a company we have accredited for several products. They are one of the first providers of the new complementary ‘Analyst Series’ of Service Management courses from APMG. We are all aware of the need to reduce government expenditure and we hope this will give all departments the chance to access service management training to continue creating processes and practices which drive efficiencies,” explained Richard Pharro, CEO of APMG
