This course prepares you for implementing a
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) solution at a
single-site environment. Focusing primarily on CUCM version 8.0,
which is the call routing and signaling component for the Cisco
Unified Communications solution, you will learn to perform
post-installation tasks, configure CUCM, implement Media Gateway
Control Protocol (MGCP) and H.323 gateways, and build dial plans to
place on-net and off-net phone calls. You will also learn to
implement media resources, IP Phone Services, CUCM native presence,
and Cisco Unified Mobility.
This course is delivered via WebEx. Headsets
are recommended but not required. Course hours are generally
3pm-11pm GMT.
