Management Foundation programme can be delivered online via a
portal, on DVD or USB.
This course is a multimedia learning program
which will allow you to view and digest the information at your own
pace. Additional online and printable material is available to
supplement the learning and email course and technical support is
also provided. This multi-media course provides IT service
professionals with a practical understanding of the key concepts,
principles, processes and functions that enables successful IT
Service Management provision. It is fully accredited to provide
delegates with the instruction for the ITIL Foundation Certificate
Examination.

hours) – consists of a comprehensive pre-course booklet
that enhances the learning experience by providing valuable content

- Video sessions (6 ½ hours) – these sessions
are designed to provide you with a practical understanding of the
key concepts, principles, processes and functions that enables
successful IT Service Management provision
- Ask an expert – you are not alone on your
journey to attaining the ITIL® Foundation Certification and our
subject matter experts will help and assist you during this
programme
- In-line exercises – to assist your learning
experience we’ve added a number of in line exercises to consolidate
the delivered material.
- Practice papers– as part of the programme we
have included practice papers to further prepare delegates for the
ITIL® Foundation Certificate Examination
