
Even though our two core Partner Agreements cover a broad
portfolio there are sometimes requests from customers for a more
unusual course that is not typically in demand and in these cases
our Vendor Manager carries out the research that identifies the
best supplier of these services and agrees the terms for ad hoc
bookings and implements a shortened version of our SLA.
The level of bookings with these partners is reviewed on a
quarterly basis and if the demand increases then we negotiate a
more formal contract and they become either a Strategic or
Preferred Partner.
We do not work with any partners that have not agreed to our
high standards of quality management or SLA.
