In addition to our Strategic Partners there is often a need to
source partners that either offer training in other locations, are
an existing preferred supplier to one of our customers or we may
need to source a course that is running on an alternative date to
our own. Again before we sign up a Preferred Partner, we go
through a rigorous vendor procurement process to that of the
Strategic Partner.
- Assesses what gaps we have in our own
portfolio
- Identifies who offers the curriculum in
the market
- Reviews these organisations skills
including market share, accreditations, quality, flexibility,
location and pricing
- Evaluates the quality of the instructors
and facilities
- Agrees processes that allow Global
Knowledge to publish and promote their portfolio within our own
offerings, directly onto our booking system and within our on-line
booking portal iConnect
- Agrees our Strategic Partner Service
Level Agreement, which covers all levels of engagement including
booking, cancellation, evaluation, reporting and commercial
arrangements
- Ensures that they have the ability to
offer Learning Consultancy to our customers and so put together a
solution that incorporates a number of services that integrates
into our customers business needs
The only difference is that we do not integrate their
portfolio into our own offerings or advertise it on our web
site. We source the required dates and locations on a case by
case basis, but continue to work under an SLA and manage the
quality of their service.
