Global Knowledge is the largest Nortel Training Partner (NTP) in the world and the biggest NTP in the UK.  In EMEA Global Knowledge works very closely with Nortel Networks Knowledge Services (NNKS), to provide a comprehensive range of courses
and training services to all Nortel clients. We are uniquely positioned to offer a comprehensive range of Enterprise Voice and Data courses that lead to Nortel Certifications.  Our courses provide all the necessary skills for designing and supporting Nortel telephone and data networks including VoIP.

In addition to our scheduled courses, we also run tailor made courses and bootcamps at our training centres or on a customers’ site. We also offer a comprehensive range of web based and facilitated e-learning courses.

Global Knowledge is also in an excellent position to enhance Nortel products training experience following the collaboration of Nortel and Microsoft for ICA.  Most of the Nortel training will be provided by Global Knowledge and NNKS, with the entire Microsoft requirement being provided by Global Knowledge UK.  Standard training courses can be provided and also bespoke training paths tailored to meet your needs.  Training is currently taking place for the Microsoft elements, MCSE/LCS in conjunction with the Nortel Enterprise product training.

Nortel Networks Knowledge Services in the UK have starting delivering CS1K v4.5 to v5.0 training.  Global Knowledge is continuing to offer CS1K v4.5 training providing a route to CS1K v5.0 training.  In addition we offer upgrade training via NNKS.
