We apply the instructional design to create a sequence of learning resources

They will correspond to the preferences of learners, conform to the existing organisational infrastructure and will support successful application of learning in the workplace

The services we offer in this phase of the framework include:

• Creation of modular classroom training sessions that can be delivered in isolation, combined as multiple or single sessions and delivered either face-to-face or virtually
• Conversion of existing face-to-face and paper-based distance learning courses to self-contained online courseware, for example using existing user guide content and in-house developed materials
• Bespoke e-learning production including tutorial emulations for systems training and to support procedural, problem solving and decision making learning activities
• The creation of focused workshop-based sessions to support the practical application of learning and discussion of implementation how best new skills can be applied in the workplace
• Development of electronic performance support systems (EPSS) to provide just-in-time learning in the workplace.
• Blended offerings to support both synchronous and asynchronous learning
