This course will take attendees past the standard
configurations and will focus on a hands on deep dive. After
running through the Wizard functions and the Web Interface, the
course changes gear to delve deep into advanced configuration
looking at the dial plans & Contact list.
Further to this you will have your own kit in front of you
to be able to troubleshoot the SPA9000 against real world issues
based on different installation set ups. Some of the issue are
Syslog, Debug log and Wireshark and your ability to raise any real
world problems you have faced.
On top of this, once you have completed
the course you will appear on the SPA9000 locator. This will
give you greater reach to the community as you will appear in any
search as a supplier of the SPA9000.
Global Knowledge are partnering with Cisco to deliver these one day
