Poor performing L&D departments hamper economic
growth
A new study has found that L&D departments are failing to
deliver the skills that businesses need in order to recover from
the recession. The results of the study show the majority (70%) of
business leaders fear that inadequate staff skills are the greatest
threat to their ability to capitalise on the recovery. And the
blame for this situation is laid squarely at the door of Learning
