Poor performing L&D departments hamper economic growth

A new study has found that L&D departments are failing to deliver the skills that businesses need in order to recover from the recession. The results of the study show the majority (70%) of business leaders fear that inadequate staff skills are the greatest threat to their ability to capitalise on the recovery.
