We are currently recruiting for four Graduate Technical IT Trainers to join our Trainer Team.
Our Graduate scheme offers a unique opportunity for talented and enthusiastic IT or Computing Graduates to hold a number of vendor related trainer certifications. Initially these will include AWS and Microsoft Azure, but there will be the opportunity to develop into our other core vendor areas as they move through the Graduate programme. The successful Graduates will have the desire to become a Technical IT Trainer and will be motivated by the opportunity to continuously develop their own knowledge and understanding of new technologies, and in turn thus expand their own portfolio of deliverable courses.
The ideal candidate will have an IT or Computing degree, and be confident both in dealing with people and in their own ability to communicate complex technical subjects to others in a clear and engaging manner.
We will develop the successful graduates to become both an AWS Certified Trainer (AWSCT) and a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) specialising in Microsoft Azure. Graduates will initially be paid an annual basic salary of £25,000, and this will increase throughout the programme, firstly based on achieving either AWSCT or MCT status, and then in line with additional course adoption. Additional salary increases will also be available when the remaining certified trainer status is achieved (depending on which is taken first), and again in line with additional course adoption associated to that status. The Graduate programme is expected to last 18 – 24 months, and by the end of this period, subject to achieving both AWSCT and MCT status and adoption of the associated courses, the Graduates can expect to be earning £35,000 per annum.
The role will be primarily be based in our Wokingham and London training centres, although the successful candidate must be able to travel (including overnight stays) to different locations throughout the UK.
